Is this for all stores or only the one in Westchester? The description made it seem like the scooter was only for Westchester and the iPhone is at all stores.

It's in east part of Westchester near LAX. Some parts are less safe, but overall it's OK. LMU is in Westchester.

Hehe...I grew up in NYC, I've been in many areas that most people would never think of taking a stroll in and I've never had a problem.

They did that already in post-Katrina New Orleans. Except it was the real-estate developers who bought house and land for 99¢; a situationn commonly refered to as "land grabbing".
