I love how individuals, or a small group feel like a corporation owes them something different. Trust me if it were profitable Apple would probably have 1,000 different machines. Profits before patrons. That is the saying, and the reason I will never run any type of business.

Don't you have 30 days to return it? You could buy the new one, transfer all data between them in a couple of hours, then return the old one and get your money back.
