Apple releases Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 5

Apple has released Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 5 which delivers improved reliability, security, and compatibility for Java SE 6, J2SE 5.0 and J2SE 1.4.2 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 and later.

Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 5 is available via Software Update and also as a standalone installer.

Leopard is not forgotten... I'm sure this catches Leopard up to Snow Leopard, for Java purposes. Now, if we get one for Tiger, I will be really impressed.
