this is the best they could do?
but something is better then nothing..

Nov 26, 07 - 02:59 pm Comment from: Randian

I'm with YOU, brecklin! Why don't they just give us everything for free today? After all, beggars should ride, huh?

I would settle for price parity in the Canada store, since our dollar is equal to or higher than the US dollar.

Nov 26, 07 - 03:30 pm Comment from: Jake@macaholic

How about your business taxes and regulations--are those equal as well? What about tariffs?

Nov 26, 07 - 03:36 pm Comment from: @Jake@macaholic

No. They're lower. Actually it depends on the state.

Where is the free Zune with each purchase over $5?

Nov 26, 07 - 03:46 pm Comment from: Ouate de Phoque

Agree with macaholic

Nov 26, 07 - 03:50 pm Comment from: Joe

Instead of gift wrap and engraving, how about just marking down the prices for a day?

Nov 26, 07 - 04:05 pm Comment from: Triumph the Insult Comic Dog

Meanwhile, over at Circuit City, every Zune purchase gets you a free ticket to an upcoming Miami Dolphins game.

Seems about right . . .

@Jake@macaholic
Our taxes don't increase the sticker price of the items.
Taxes get added at purchase, just like in the good ol' U.S. of A.
That's why we're hoppin' mad at higher Canadian prices for the same items while the dollar is at or above par.
Makes me almost spill my double-double on the Chesterfield and use every swear word from A - Zed.
Sorry.

Triumph, welcome back! We've missed you!

Weak Effort Apple. How about a real sale.

Nov 26, 07 - 05:18 pm Comment from: Amos

Sales are held to either get people in the store or to sell things that aren't moving. And Apple does not have a problem with either. That's why it does not have a "real" sale.

Nov 27, 07 - 10:58 am Comment from: SoE

There's going to be a sale in Germany's Apple Store on November 30th.
