So, 160 today... who wants to predict the closing number on the 22nd?

I predict the stock will rise, but not as much as many believe it will. In time it should completely recover, but I don't think so from this one specific event or all at once. (although, I would love to be wrong here).

The overall U.S. economy is the biggest factor. It's not good and it will take some time to recover.

Jan 18, 08 - 09:45 am Comment from: a different Tom

$175 before the call
$187 in the aftermarket
$165 the next day

Apple's trendline will continue up in the current downdraft. Once it seems AAPL is a safe harbor, the stock will begin back up.

A stock that continues to perform this well as others sink is worth owning.

My bet is to buy Monday morning if it still in the low 160's and sell just before conference call.
