Shucks, I am sorry to see Creative go. After all, if they get to sue Microsoft for the file patent that Apple paid for, then Apple would get compensation.

The mighty Zune takes another one down. They might have had a chance if they had a 'Zen Marketplace' with a points system to acquire content like the Zune Marketplace has.

Apple, the Zune is coming after you next. It's not too late to institute a points system for the iTunes store and consider the color brown for those rumored turd nano's that might be here any day now.

I find the vitriol towards Creative a little extreme. I mean, they're making stuff for the iPod, and to me it looks kinda cool. So yay for Creative! Right?

Vitriol against Creative-
I think it's justified. The CEO was pretty vocal when Apple first introduced iPods and Shuffles. He was like Singapore's version of M. Dell.

Ok, this is what I've been waiting for: Now that Creative is making accessories for the iPod I'm going to start buying stock - in Creative.
