Black friday come from accounting. Black ink is used to show profit and red ink is used to show loss. A lot or retail stores do not begin to show profit until the day after Thanksgiving, or the "start" of the holiday shopping. If a store is not in the black after that it is a very bad sign for their business.

Kaufman Bros. are retards for hiring that idiot Wu. If Wu said it then look elsewhere for verification because he's likely to be wrong most of the time.

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving - this Friday, November 28th. The term refers to the fact that most businesses are in the "red" (ie. negative numbers for fiscal returns for the year) until that day when the large number of sales and women drunk with Blue Light Special Rage buy so much crap that the business goes into the "black" (ie. positive numbers).
