Hutchison Telecom inks deal to sell Apple iPhone in Hong Kong, Macau

Shares of Hutchison Telecommunications International (HTX) added 1.1% as the company announced it had signed an agreement with Apple Inc. to sell the revolutionary iPhone in Hong Kong and Macau.
"Hutchison Telecommunications International Ltd. said Thursday it signed an agreement with Apple Inc. to offer the popular iPhone in Hong Kong and Macau later this year. Terms of the deal were not released," The Associated Press reports.
"Earlier this month, four other Asia-Pacific mobile providers announced a deal with Apple to sell the iPhone in their respective markets later this year," AP reports. "Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. will sell the multimedia gadget in Singapore; Bharti Airtel Ltd. in India; Globe Telecom Inc. in the Philippines; and Optus in Australia."

It should be interesting to see where the stock goes from here. It will probably nose dive since all this great news is happening. I don't think I have ever seen a product so wanted by the whole damn world. There will be lines to buy the iPhone from New York to China. Simply amazing.
