For consumers, Apple Inc. and Apple Corps’ litigation-ending agreement is a “non-event” for the consumer, says NPD Group entertainment industry analyst Russ Crupnick. But, he says it’s “almost certain” Apple Inc. will get Beatles for the iTunes. He tells MarketWatch’s Tracy Johnke that his only question is, when?
