Walt Mossberg to appear on Charlie Rose today to discuss Apple
Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - 11:00 AM EST

Walt Mossberg, principal technology columnist for the Wall Street Journal, is scheduled to appear on PBS's Charlie Rose television program today to discuss Apple's Macworld Expo.

The program will also feature a discussion about Google and emerging technology with Ken Auletta of The New Yorker.

The video should appear online via the Charlie Rose website tomorrow.

I watched the show. Charlie Rose acted as if he was drunk. He kept interrupting with really stupid comments. The show was reduced to a shallow view of Apple and its products.

I watched the show too. While there were some good questions, I was bored within the first 5 minutes.

It was like watching the broadway version of Grumpy Old Men dubbed in Japanese.

They did not even address the $20 fee for the ipod touch. I wanted to get Mossberg's view on that, just to check if he was on AAPL payroll.
