Emerging from Chapter 11 prior to judgment of pending and on going litigation removes the bankruptcy protection. The Federal Judge at the end of the case could award Apple with Billions and if Psystar has exited Chapter 11 to bad. Apple can seek relief and force Pyster to liquidate everything and turn over all assets to Apple's Control leaving the owners of Psystar with just the debts and liabilities and a court order not to infringe on Apple IP ever again. Plus a huge billing for Recalling and accounting for all the infringing systems and refunding the money to customers who's systems were recalled.

Are you for real? Apple products have a long history of being 'new and exciting' and being made from top notch hardware. I thought your criticism was that there is a missing gap in the product line, in a headless Mac mini tower? (which I agree with) But that's a different argument.

Psystar listens to customers and gives them exactly what they need and at reasonable prices! This is just fantastic news! I'm very excited.

Hullo, OS X IS a product. You also say you own two iPods. They are exciting products. The mouse and desktop publishing, and CD ROMs were/are also exciting products that Apple had a lot to do with.

You have a beef with Apple charging what it does for the hardware, fine. You have admiration for Psystar's hardware...fine.

You say/infer that Apple does not come out with new and exciting products...TROLL, or liar, hypocrite, blinder wearing whatever you prefer down that vein.

If you can use a computer, you can't be a total moronic dumb ass which is what you would be if you bought anything from Pisstar.
